Collections works diligently to collect your accounts. When it is determined
that your customers are not willing to cooperate in resolving
their debt, we will request written authorization from you to pursue
action on your behalf. This authorization also allows Springer Collections
to be your agent to remit proceeds and forward correspondence from
are also times when your customer may move out of the area.
In that event we would forward their account to a collection agency
their local area. This is done only after we have determined that an
agency in that area would be better able to obtain pertinent information
on your customer. We only work with licensed collection agencies
that accept forwarded accounts.
